Golf for every age and stage — weekly term programs, from age 5.
Term Golf Programs
Classes run on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the school term.
Programs run across the driving range, short game area and putting greens — balanced with athletic development to build all-round sporting skills. Progress is assessed at grading days twice a year, with skill badges awarded along the way.

5-8 years

Meet Our Head Coach
ROSS
Ross brings international experience and elite competitive pedigree to the coaching team. Raised across France and England, he holds a degree in Sports Science and Development and has competed on the EuroPro Tour, represented France’s national squad, and consistently ranked in the UK’s top 20. Ross combines academic expertise with hands-on, high-level playing experience to help golfers of all levels reach their full potential.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should my child wear?
Shorts, pants or skirt. T-shirt or collard shirt. Runners or golf shoes and a hat.
What should my child bring?
We recommend all children bring a hat, water bottle, food, sunscreen, and a coat should there be light rain as the program is run outdoors.
What is the student to class ratio?
The student to class ratio is always 1 coach to 6 students.
What if my child misses a class?
Students who miss a class due to illness may join another class that isn’t already at capacity. Please email juniorprogram@yarrabendgolf.com with all enquiries regarding make-up classes.
Make up classes will be scheduled for week 9 if a class is cancelled due to wet weather.
How do I know where each class is being held?
The location of each class can be found on your class calendar. If any last-minute changes are made you will be notified by your class instructor.
Does my child need golf equipment?
We provide all golfing equipment required, however, if your child does have golfing equipment – they are highly encouraged to bring it along.
Can my child try a class to see if they like it?
Your child is welcome to try out a class to see if they like it – trials will only be available in classes not yet at full capacity.
If your child decides to stay with us for the term, this class will be included in the full-term fees.
What class do I book for my child?
If your child is a new student, please book them into the appropriate age class. I.e., if your child is 7, book them into Cyclone. Your child is assessed at their first lesson and the instructor will move them up into another class if required.
