Our facility includes an 18 – Hole Public Golf Course, Driving Range and practice facilities, and two 18 – Hole Mini Golf Courses! We’re also home to the leaders in Golf Coaching, BannLynchMcDade.

GOLF
Do I have to prepay for my booking?
Yes, all golf bookings require prepayment for green fees. Please make sure you process payment at the checkout, or your booking will not remain in our tee sheet.
You are welcome to pay for equipment hire (golf clubs, electric carts, etc) upon check-in.
When should I arrive for my tee time?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your tee time - check-in at the Pro Shop & our friendly staff will let you know where to go from there.
If you’ve booked any hire equipment, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your tee time to process payment (if required) and collect your gear.
Are electric carts available?
Yes! Our electric golf carts seat 2 & can be reserved upon booking.
If you’d like to add a cart to an existing booking, please call the Pro Shop on (03) 9481 3729.
Please note, golf carts may be taken off the course temporarily in the event of poor weather. Get in touch with the Pro Shop to ensure cart availability if they are required for your booking.
Can I hire clubs?
Yes! We have Standard & Premium (Titleist T100, T200 & T300) Hire Sets available. Hire sets can be added to your online booking. Alternatively, to add a Hire Set to an existing booking, please call the Pro Shop on 03 9481 3729.

Do you hold open competitions?
Yes! Competitions are held on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays. To be eligible for the comp, please book a tee time between 7am – 2pm. All participants must hold an Official Golf Australia Handicap.
Can I buy a gift card to be used for green fees / golf bookings?
Our Gift Vouchers are redeemable across the entire Yarra Bend Golf facility – including lessons, green fees, driving range, mini golf, golf equipment, retail, and even food and beverage at the Pro Shop.
E-Vouchers can be purchased online, here. Alternatively, physical gift vouchers can be purchased in store or over the phone.
DRIVING RANGE
Are bookings required for the driving range?
We don’t take bookings for the driving range. Simply arrive at a time that suits you.
Driving Range bays can be booked for large groups / events. Please send your event enquiry to – events@yarrabendgolf.com
What bucket sizes do you offer?
Practice balls can be purchased in lots of 25, 50 or 100.
Weekday Pricing:

Is the Driving Range undercover / protected from the weather?
Yes! Most of our Driving Range bays are undercover & protected from the weather.
What time does the Driving Range open?
Our driving range is open from 7am, Tuesday – Sunday & from 10am on Mondays.
Can I bring my whole bag of clubs to the driving range?
Yes. Please ensure your clubs aren’t left in the way of other Range users.
MINI GOLF
Are bookings required for mini golf?
We don’t take bookings for mini golf. Simply arrive at a time that suits you.

How much does it cost?
We have two different 18 – Hole Mini Golf courses here at Yarra Bend Golf – you can choose to play just one course or all 36 – holes.
Mini Golf pricing, here! Prices include all the equipment you’ll need to play your round.
How long will it take to play 18 – holes?
Each 18 – Hole Mini Golf course takes approximately 45 minutes – one hour to complete.
Can I bring my dog to Yarra Bend Mini Golf?
Yes, we’d love to meet your furry friends. Please keep your dog on a lead at all times.
Is the Mini Golf course undercover?
Both the East Course and the West Course are not undercover.
Are the Mini Golf courses all-abilities accessible?
Yes! The first nine-holes of our East course are wheelchair accessible. Our café, driving range and toilets are also all-abilities accessible.
PAYMENT: CASHLESS VENUE
What payment methods do you accept?
Yarra Bend Golf is a cashless venue.
We accept the following payment methods.
- Debit or credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
Payment on the day can be made by debit or credit card. A tax receipt will be issued upon request.
Please note that we require prepayment to secure a golf course bookings.
LESSONS
What days are lessons available?
BannLynchMcDade Golf Coaching has 12 Professional Golf Coaches. Between them, lessons are available every day of the week.
Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?
If you have your own set of clubs, it is recommended that you bring them. If you don’t have your own clubs, they will be provided for of you.
I am a beginner; can I book in for a golf lesson?
Absolutely. The best time to begin golf lessons is when you’re just starting out. This will help you develop great habits, improve faster and stay motivated. Whilst the team at BLM coach professionals and serious golfers, most students are just like you; just starting out and eager to learn.

CLUB FITTINGS
Do I need to make a booking?
Yes please. Making a booking in advance will ensure that your Club Fitter can prepare for your session and ensure you’re getting the most out of your time.
How do I book a club fitting?

What kind of events can I hold at Yarra Bend Golf?
Yarra Bend Golf can hold your next Corporate Golf Day, Birthday Party, Christmas Function and so much more.
Can I include a driving range session in my next event?
Yes! Add a private Driving Range session to your next event. Private Driving Range sessions are available in the morning Monday – Sunday.

Can I become a member of Yarra Bend Golf?
Yes. We offer several membership options.

HISTORY OF YARRA BEND GOLF
Built in 1936, Yarra Bend Golf Course is rich in heritage and widely recognised as one of Melbourne’s premier public golf destinations.
The original course design was influenced by Vern Morcom, who is responsible for many of Australia’s best course layouts. Vern worked intimately with perhaps the greatest golf course architect of all, Alistair Mackenzie, who designed Augusta National and Australia’s best golf course Royal Melbourne.
In recent years, expert design team Ogilvy Clayton Cocking Mead have restored the course layout and provided a strategic plan for exciting course upgrades in the future.
Whether you’re a regular golfer, or you’re beginning your journey, all are made to feel welcome at Yarra Bend Golf.
